Orders placed on a working day before 15.00 will be shipped the same working day and delivered the next working day, unless there is a delay at PostNL. Orders are delivered within 1-3 working days with DPD/DHL.

That differs from what material the item is made of. We sell gold plated jewelry and stainless steel jewelry. Goldplated can discolour, stainless steel articles do not discolour. On each product page you can see which article is gold plated and which is stainless steel.
Yes, you can within 5 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot take back earrings due to hygienic reasons. We always process returns within 5 working days. As soon as your return has been processed you will receive an email with information about the refund.
For sold out items, we offer the option to receive a notification when it is back in stock. You can enter your email on the desired product page. Sold out items will be back in stock within 2-4 weeks unless they are removed from the collection.
